Just test, need help

I've read a few places people have 4.2.5 running with php 7.2
I've tried installing a test forum and I'm getting this error, it may have something to do that I haven't installed one in 4 years ��+��
Could someone have a look http://www.metallifukinca.com/test/ please and thanks.
