stop email from unregistered user to admin

unregistered users ( spammers ) area using the send message email that goes to admin , tons of junk mail help

If I understand your question correctly, turn off the option of unregistered users to use the contact us function.

AdminCP --> Settings --> Site Name / Contact Details

Set the option "Allow Unregistered Users to use 'Contact Us'" to No
