Members are not receiving email notifications, of liked posts, no pm pop ups, no emails from subscribed emails. Version 5.5.4 Any ideals on how to fix this?

Can anyone please help me with this? Maybe I did not ask the question correctly.

You need to look at an out going email log, did you send a test email & verify your settings are correct?

PM pop ups are dependant on the users settings, you can mass set all users to get a popup, but those who have it set to not receive them, may not like that change.
