Developer Needed For Customizations

I need a developer that can do the following:

1: I created ranks within AdminCP but they do not translate onto the user side so they are practically useless..... So I need that done first

2: I want stars next to each rank (Like 1st rank has 1 star, 2nd rank has 2 stars, and so on)

3: I to be able to place rotating banner ads at the top and bottom of the site, as well as within threads

4: I want google adsense to also be able to show within threads

5: I want a place to put a rolling news ticker

6: I want the user rank, user group, and reputation to show up on the profile pages and next to their names on threads and comments.
