Step by step Tutorial upgrading VB 4.2.5 to 5.6?
Does anyone has a step by step how to upgrade forum from VB 4.2.5 To VB 5.6?
All i find are very slim. I have not many expierence and my english is that good, zo step by step has to be it for me. Hope someone can help me. Regards |

Ok, doing this.
However it is not clear to me. do i use my old board as test? Or do i have to install a fresh vb 4.2.5 and then upgrade? Backed up my database, and made a new one ande imported. Adjusted vb5 config.php with new database info --------------- Added [DATE]1608193457[/DATE] at [TIME]1608193457[/TIME] --------------- Got it to work. Just database and upgrade |
