You need to use the correct tags and close them properly.

The first tag needs to be [h2] rather than [h=2] which is not an HTML tag.

The URL tag needs to be closed with [/url]

The [h2] tag needs to be closed with [ /h2] (no spaces in the closing tag)

When I posted the proper HTML all you see is the link.
