I need 2 mod

I have vbulletin connect 5.0

Does anyone know if they exist?

1- A mod that when creating articles (news) automatically creates a post in the forum in which to comment on the article.

2- A mod that allows the creation of prefixes, for example:

+18 Only people of legal age can read that post.
+prv Private post, 3 months registered and more than 100 messages will be required.
+hd Only people with more than 20 posts can read the post

They are only examples.
