That would be a pity. Someone has also worked on CKEditor 5 here. But until now there is only this screenshot.

Yea it was a crazy amount of work because of how much vBulletin embedded into CKEditor. You have the image/attachment uploader/editor and all these other vBulletin add-ons that are part of CKEditor.

Along with that all plugins that implement CKEditor add-ons will break because it's not compatible with newer CKEditor versions.

That would be a great idea :up: Eight years ago I started a Request in the CK Editor Forum but I never got a response. So I left a bad comment because of my frustrated disappointment

Unfortunately it's in a backup file somewhere on my backup drive and I also made edits all over the place so I'd also have to figure out where all the changes are that I've made. At the moment I don't have the time for that but maybe later this year I can look into it.
