Possibly a conflict with whatever mod that has that? If you don't know what could be conflicting, I would try systematically, disabling mods through the Product Manager, one by one. As you disable one, try installing new mods. Keep going until your able to find your conflict and are able to install mods, or you have disabled the last one and your still getting the error.
