You'll have to purchase the software first, and then you can purchase the installation/upgrade add-on which if an upgrade, all your data should be migrated to the new version.
They also sell a mobile suite add-on, which is $199. I assume it comes with clear instructions on how to set that up but I would inquire first on if it works properly because I believe Apple made some changes lately regarding publishing an app that was made by a third party or something like that.
