Anyone know how I can set vBulletin where moderators, super mods etc cannot delete an event in the calendar? Is there a setting I'm missing or is there a plugin or mod for that?

ACP/Usergroup Manager/Calendar Permissions ?

Nope, I looked there and it is delete for only their own events, not all events. I can still see a delete option signed in as a mod.

ACP/Calendar Manager/. There is a moderator field where you can add, remove mods and set which permissions they can have:
