Re-upload all vb4 suite files.
Re-run upgrade script.

Answer was given to you in post #12 in this thread.
Read the 2nd word in the 2nd line of above post before you disregard it.
It says upgrade not install.

PS. make backups before doing any major work on your site.

First off, take a backup if you haven't already.
2nd, reupload the files and run the UPGRADE again as mentioned.
