Changing default value of Insert Image to From URL

Hi there, I want the default tab of Insert Image be changed to From URL.
Now every time I click on Insert Image, From Computer is shown by default, but I want it to be changed.
Requires query? Or editing js files?
I've googled but found nothing relating to this matter.

Advanced Insert Image Popup - Enable

Thanks, but it removes From Computer.
I want both be existed, but default view be From URL.
