Go into the do_not_upload folder in the zip file. Upload the tools.php file to the install directory on your server. Run the tools.php file in your browser and select the options to reset the cookie domain and cookie path. Then run the option to reset admin access for your user. That should fix this. not solvel problem try this link also https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...gin-to-admincp and as a user if I can login please check video not login admincp video my forum not login admin cp please check and help me https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yPSl...ature=youtu.be |

Since it's vb5, after running tools.php and resetting your cookie path and cookie domain, you must log into the regular site FIRST before logging into the AdminCP. Make sure you log into the site after performing the reset with tools.php.

Do you have ticket support at vbulletin.com?
Might want to have them take a look or if you catch me online I can see also. I'm sure it's a small setting, usually symptoms like that are from incorrect cookies. |

I am not very familiar with Vb5 but on Vb4 I would suggest going into phpadmin and manually checking your urls.
If tools.php didn't work I would try another browser because your problem may be cached. You can also change the cookie prefix. Did you change anything with htaccess or file permissions? |
