Default Vbulletin sitemap issue

when i generate sitemap it will be generated when i try to download the sitemap it give me that error.

/xmlsitemap.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Permission on the director is 0777
./store_sitemap
store_sitemap

both commands in vbulletin sitemap options are not working.

Kindly guide me what to do now i have searched alot but didnt get anything specific about this error.

It is not logical in this case, you could generated your sitemap then why you could not download it?

You mean you want to download this file xmlsitemap.php? or displaying it?

The Default plugin vbulletin 4

When sitemap is generated when this msg show,

Sitemap built successfully. You may view the XML here.

when i click on here. i get the error below

/xmlsitemap.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Can any one help me out of this ? i dont want to spam but i need to solve my problem

This is actually a modification site run by volunteers. If you need help with the default functionality of vbulletin, the best place to post is on their official site at https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/

However, have you tried disabling cloudflare? Do you see anything in the /store_sitemap directory? Do you have mod_security or suhosin enabled on your site?

Did you get this figured out?? Mine is doing the exact same thing, when you go to xmlsitemap.php it comes up blank.

Go to AdminCP> XML Sitemap> Rebuild Sitemap> Click REMOVE SESSION> Manually Rebuild the Sitemap. It should come back.
