Setting up multople personas.

I am the sole owner creator etc etc of my site.. I want to start adding life to it.. be a ThreadStarter.. but how do I set up users, being an admin.. without having to enter a unique different email.. Is there a way?

Do you mean creating secondary accounts for yourself? I wouldn't advise turning off the require unique e-mail addresses function in registration options. It's one of the most helpful spam prevention tools. You can create accounts directly in the admincp. Use fake e-mail addresses if they are secondary accounts.
