vBulletin 5 Request - Join a Public Usergroup button on nav tabs

i am lookin gfor a way for my members to join a public usergroup ... I can not for the life of me figure it out please help.... Using Vb cloud

I don't think that's implemented in vB5. That would require hacking the core files which is not allowed in vBCloud.
