How you can add files in the private messages

Wanted to know how you can add files in the private messages of the forum or to send emails to the members of the forum adding files in rar or zip.
First of all thanks to this forum and to the members who have solved many doubts and problems with their topics or comments on other issues

I did, like 3 times and keep telling me that there are missing files.
