phpportals but I think we have the anser" Thanks
You have to excude it in the config.php PHP:-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ################################################## #################### # Active Topics General # $excatforums: If you want to exclude forum's, put ID's here. Separate with commas, NO SPACES! e.g. 1,2,3,4 # e.g. 8 is my news forum... 36 is my polls forum. ################################################## #################### $excatforums = "1,2,3";-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

Is there a hack to do this based on permissions to the particular forum? We exclude certain forums from our main page so the active topics isn't updated with posts in our $excatforums list so nobody goes and checks on them...

I have excluded forums in the config file, but yet post titles are showing up in the Active Discussions block, front page. The Active Topics center block does not show the titles. Very odd.
