i had to comment the code to make it work

if (!is_array($GLOBALS))
 {
 var_dump ($GLOBALS);
 //die('<strong>Fatal Error:</strong> Invalid URL.');
 }

but now i get more error like:

No Thread specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the administrator
