As Joe stated you can't re-use any of it without permission so with that being said just whip up a new logo, find a royalty free background image to replace the current then simply key in the same #000000 color codes and done - it will look similar but be different and allowed

For the vB4 style, try using the css background cover to make the image display properly over the entire area it's in instead of using repeat - https://css-tricks.com/perfect-full-...kground-image/
