What vb version are you running? VB 4.2.3+ is required for php 5.6 compatibility. If you aren't running that you'll likely have problems.

I use 4.2.1 dear squidsk

What version of php are you running? Look under maintenance, php info.

in main page of control panel it said 5.6.23
but I can't access php info. it show white page

no I don't. I use communal server and I know they won't change php version for me

Then you have to upgrade Vbulletin to 4.2 with the latest patch.

on the top of my control panel page said: Latest version available: 4.2.3 Patch Level 1
