Input Box/Quick Reply Text Colors

So on to the next thing. I've had users complain on the PC that they can't see the text in the input fields. I've attached two screen shots, the hard to read one is on a PC. The other is Chrome on a Mac. I can change the colors of the text and background on the mac but it will not propagate to the PC. Am I missing browser specific or os specific tags?

Try clearing the browser cache? And how did you change the font color of the editor?

this is what I changed. and it changes the BG of the box. But only on a mac it seems. I had found the one for the text as well but I don't recall the code off the top of my head. Either way it didn't seem to work on the PC

Admin error on this, the particular admin had chosen the wrong version of the main sites theme. Sorry about that, thanks for the assist.
