I just install again forum vb 5.2 , after loosing all data

and now I cant login in my admincp . even in forum why?

what a hell is that ? Which kind of bugs I get on my forum

Did you make sure to upload the required .htaccess file? And, if you are in another directory, did you change the RewriteBase line?
