hello how can i insert br line break code in my php code:

A HTML break?

PHP Code:

$pm['message'] . '<br>'; 


or a newline?

PHP Code:

$pm['message'] . "\n";

i did but not worked can you do this again with this: with \n

        $pm['message'] = $pm['message'];
