This is all messed up...Header gone, logo image gone, no install instructions.

No problem at all because demo site did not tell setup standard setup

I can confirm this. Removing style for now until developer has time to adjust it and re-upload. It's almost as if it's a fixed width type of style in a fluid width "house" in a sense, if that makes any!
