I changed the hosting vbulletin plus the change does not recognize the topic,

You obviously made a mystake somewhere along the line.
I would export the old database again if possible and then reimport. Use ssh. |

How did you move over and import the database at the new host?
PHPMyAdmin? Through SSH with mysqladmin? |

If your database is really large using PHPMyAdmin will sometimes cause the end of the data to drop off and not be placed into the sql file therefore making your database backup incomplete. So your best bet for a large forum is to use SSH.
