Need help Integrating Flowplayer into vBulletin 4.2.3 for Multiple things

Forgive how n00b I'm gonna sound here, but I hope I state my need(s) clearly:

1) I've recently purchased Flowplayer - just the player - not the hosting, etc.

2) I'd like to make it to where when a user uploads a video, it will embed in the post and play through the Flowplayer rather than be there as an attachment to download. (Although keeping the option to download in addition to viewing in Flowplayer is fine.

3) I'd like the same for if I post the video (Owner/Admin).

4) I'd like it to where the user has to do nothing but upload their video and submit the thread...and bam...there's their video embedded in Flowplayer for others to watch.

5) I don't even know where to start to make this happen...if it's even possible. I've researched and Google'd the heck out of it before resorting to asking for your help here.

6) Am I expecting too much for too little?
