Best way to copy welcome header?

What is the best way to copy this welcome header [removed] for guests?

add a div tag like

<h1 class="p_slogan guestbox"></h1>

Then use the following to place it and add the image, it's not text but an image:

h1.p_slogan {
background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0) url("your_image_path") no-repeat scroll 0 0;
min-height: 21px;
}

Depending on the height of your image that is what you will use for the min-height
Just make the image the full length of your wrapper and you are good to go

I mean the whole welcome header with the register now box, the columns, etc. Is there an easy way to copy it? Thanks.

Yes I know what you want ...but I need to see "YOUR" site to see how it would be added to it, there are a couple of ways I could add it to your site, one way is by making an image map header with the links and text already on it ...

The 2nd way would be to add divs with each link and image separate from each other ... if you want an example of what an image map is take a look at this link on my site, each member's box you can click on and there is text around it ...it's just a png image with links done by adding coordinates all around..
