The thing is many mobile devices / browsers simply don't have upload functionality for security reasons. Can you upload on the mobile device using the standard style? If not no mobile style will ever allow it to work.

One of the main reasons to use a mobile app (like the VB Mobile Suite or Tapatalk) is to allow the uploading of pictures which is possible with the app.
