Cant find hack

I have been searching for two hacks ive seen on forums, and I can not find them in this database. If they are in here somewhere can you please tell me where?

Hack one: http://www.devilforums.com/vbb/ the very top statistics panel is the one i want, there is a statistics panel in the hacks database but its not as good as this one.

Hack two: www.otakuforums.com the on mouse over on one of the forums and it changes color. I can not find it in the hacks database.

Please help me find these hacks, I really want them
