I have just one Question how can i add Custom Icons Besides the forum Category in the Forum Home like

You could probably modify the display_Forums_item template and add it there. That is, if you mean the home page. However, your image shows the forum title and then post 1 and post 2 and I cannot think of what page shows something like that at all.
