The banner needs redone as the one you have is crap.
You need an English language pack.
You need to add a good skin as the default one is no good.
Put Latest Forum Threadsand the two things above it on the footer.
You also have this section Informasi dan Pengumuman With no forums in it delete it or put something in there
Two much crap on the footer remove it all or put all the ads on a sidebar to tidy them up

Why? English is not his first language. Why should he be forced to have a language on his site that probably most of his users will not understand or use? That is like a German forum owner looking at your forum to critique it and saying you have to install a German language pack because they are German and they have no idea what anything says on here to be able to read and critique it. You really do not necessarily have to critique the content or the posts as much as how the site presents itself to others. I imagine that they will not be speaking a lot of English on the site so there is no need for it to be prominent.

The Skin/Style: Personally I would install or hire someone to create a skin that was not so based off the default skin. You can still have a custom or premium skin that looks nice and is clean and has the same colors (white/blue) and not use the default. To me personally when someone uses a default skin on the site it just screams that they really are not interested in investing time in the site to make it look the best it can. To many people who go and view your site they may or may not think the same thing. From a web designers standpoint IMO sites ALWAYS look better in a skin other than the default and just changing a few things about the default does not make it not be the default skin still.

The Header/Logo: The logo is ok, but it does not look professional. that really depends on how you want to present yourself and your site to people who come and view it and read it. It also depends on whether its just a hobby site or a business site. Obviously if you are running a business site you want to have the best look and the most professional looking logo possible. But if its a hobby site then you have a little more room to create your own logo and if its not great no one faults you for that. The logo could use a little work, but its not absolutely horrible. I think it might look better if you left out the banner beside the forumku.com portion. At first glance that really does not look like the logo/header until you actually read it. I think just having the forumku.com logo you have there would look fine and clean it up a bit.

Informasi dan Pengumuman - Either this forum area is a hidden area from guests or you have no forums in the category. This is something you'll need to fix as its probably confusing to some guests and if it shows this way to members it may even confuse some of them. If you have a hidden area then you need to go back and check your permissions. A good way to see how it looks is to set up a test account and logout of your admin account and use the test account to see how the forum looks in the other usergroups you have so that you can be sure that areas you want showing to certain groups do not show to others and vice versa.

The Footer: I do think Force had a good suggestion about the side column. The items in your footer could go into a good side column and then be seen a bit better, especially if they are paid for spots or affiliates of yours. Most people will not take the time to scroll all the way down to the footer to look at stuff like that, so if you depend on the links/ads for revenue then you might want to consider installing a side column mod and placing the banners & ads there for better placement.

I see you have done a lot of work on the site and have moved a lot of things code-wise and they look really good, now if you get a nice clean skin for the site that would probably look even better

3 things you should improve now for better looking
#1 - change to a new logo, current logo looks like a comment icon
#2- reduce text in Notices box
#3 - remove Search Cloud or manage tags better, it looks spams now
