Disable that plugin (the one you posted the code to) and install this mod:

Then go to AdminCP > Settings > Options > Innovative Default Profile Tab and select which tab you want to show by default.

Edit: Ohh hey whatever happened to login info so I could finally install that style for you? I never heard back
