I don't know. It might not save energy, but where I live, in the middle of the summer it starts getting light at like 4AM and I'd rather move that to the end of the day.

On the other hand, I don't really care.

All I can tell ya' is I thought Taco Bell would be closed last night due to the hour ahead... my wife was right it was still open... of course she was right, I should have known! I had already settled for Cookout its awesome too in case some of you don't know what cookout is (basically as the name sounds, all fresh too) but I'm a late night at the border type

.

So if it saves me confusion OR eliminates the wife being right more than myself I'm ALL FOR IT!

DST is not just a pain in the US, its a pain in the UK as well.

Changing clocks twice a year is just a complete waste of everyones time.

Germany too. Although I have to say - i like changing the clock in spring, while I really hate it in fall
