Set ban reason (for usergroup move) through plugins?
I have a plugin that automatic moves people to a specific ban usergroup, which works great. However, all the ban reasons are "N/A / Reason not given", Does a PHP/plugin code happen to exist that can set a specific ban reason? I'm asking in general discussions as I was hoping for a existing/valid vBulletin code that can do this without any other custom plugin.

I'm kind of confused what you want.
The "Ban User" function in the admincp makes it possible for you to provide a ban reason. I guess you should modify your existing plugin and make it give a ban reason along with the ban. |

The ban reason can be specified when you normally ban a user, yes. But if you move users to a banned usergroup, no reason is specified. Hence I'd like to know if there's any code that adds a ban reason.

You would need to update the userban table as well, when your script runs.

Ah, so no official code for it then ey? like "banreason = yada". But then in code form . So, shame. Would you mind if I PM you the existing/current plugin we use? Would appreciate it.
