Take a few test page loading speed
10 tests without dbseo and 10 tests with dbseo
And thou shalt be pleasantly surprised
That page loading speed with dbseo(vbseo) more by 30-40% !

You are correct sir. A solid 30% speed up. Our search traffic has also increased from 31% to over 40%. There is still some tuning to do but yes it was well worth the money.

I use DBSEO, and I think its the best SEO Addon for vBulletin right now. So many options and features, and it makes your URL's very SEO Friendly.
