Hello Lynne,

Thanks for your answer. Yes, I told them to check in the Junk mail but they didn´t find anything there. No there is not a specific email address that do not receive the emails. How can I check my server email log? I checked the Number of Queued E-Mails in admin and it shows 0. Thank you very much
