How do I move this?

I've been away from vbulletin I've forgotten how to do this ....

I want the watchamacallit on the left of posts to be on top of the posts. See image below.

AdminCP > Settings > Styles and language > Use Legacy (Vertical) Postbit Template .. set it to no.
