Hello again!

I checked my tables and revealed all russian letters appears on abracadabra (ÐÐ±ÑÐ¸Ð¹ Ð¤Ð¾ÑÑÐ¼) but it appears correctly to any visitors on my site.

So I have problem with vBulletin search engine only.
For now I have started to use "Google Custom Search Engine" hack to give a temporary solution for my site.

Under vBulletin's adminCP menu - diagnostic - system information I found this:

character_set_client latin1
character_set_connection latin1
character_set_database utf8
character_set_filesystem binary
character_set_results latin1
character_set_server latin1
character_set_system utf8
character_sets_dir /usr/share/mysql/charsets/
collation_connection latin1_swedish_ci
collation_database utf8_general_ci
collation_server latin1_swedish_ci

What are the necessary steps I have to do now?
