i install this plugin plugin working fine on site but when i want to open to check user profile it show this error

and if i disable this plugin forumdisply blank...

can any one guide me how and what i do.......

First off please do not double post.

Secondly:
Questions/Problems regarding modifications/styles need to be asked in the modification/style thread. That is where the support for modification/style is - not out here in the main forums. Please note that if a modification/style is unsupported (or even if it says it is supported), you may be on your own if you chose to install it.

if i remember from when i used that mod, i had to tick the thanks part to No in the hide hack options. i didn't use the thanks options and everything came good. not saying its the problem, but it stopped my DB errors.
