I checked my "whos Online" and noticed 4 people. Under one of them, it said:

Unknown Location
/forums/index.php

What is the cause of this and how to fix?

there is no fix for it that I know off and that problem has been there forever

odd. the only thing I added to my site was the RedFox theme from VBStyles
