Would anyone know of a location where I could get a list like the one that was linked in Erwin's sig?
It apears that the location of that list (kousetsu.net forums) are down.

That post is from 2003. 11 Years ago, It is unlikely Brad will respond.

It is a futile effort anyway, new proxies open all the time, you can't possibly ban them all- you can't even ban most of them.

It's a new proxy so it won't be blocked, and you can access Myspace, YouTube, Ebay etc without restrictions.
