CMS comments in the forum
OK, I have turned off the comments in the CMS but left the forum open for comments to be made there..
I know that it is a bit quirky but have learned to live with it up until a recent discovery. Comments are made just fine but, if somebody is quoted and a user clicks on the arrow icon in the quote bubble, the user is taken back to the CMS article. Is there any way to stop this and keep the user in the forum and take them to the original post from which the quote is derived? Scratching head here..... Thanks all.. |

I would guess you could write a plugin to change the URL? I would need to see this in action to really understand what you mean.

I have an article/template mod here on modifying the comments thread. Try seeing if that will help you out. I think you need to write a plugin to do what you want.

Cheers Lynne.
I have changed my strategy on this one so it can be put to rest. |
