Admit new registers only from some countries

I need to know if is possible how made this.
For example, I have my forum closed for new registers, but i want open but only for some countries, is possible? and how? :P

thanks, but with this block a new user or registered user, I only want block new users, I dont want, block visitors or members of my forum, I want prevent new registers from some countries or really admint new users only from some countries

You cant do that if you dont block a county then they will be able to register you cant decide who in that country you dont want to register
