I want to try to optimise my vB4 Publishing Suite website and I am considering getting some SEO done. It's early days, but I already get the impression that there are lots of shady characters out there offering services to provide what seems to me to be a "black art". The whole all seems a bit vague, and everyone's got a different idea of what should be done.

Can anyone give me an honest appraisal of the capabilities AND limitations of vB4 Publishing Suite in terms of SEO? What can be done to improve things? Does anything actually need to be done?

I would focus on content and member conversion, forum titles, descriptions, things like that and not worry so much about seo urls and other tricks though there are some good and legit changes that can be made, structured data, etc.
