i have a problem if i goin to main page (http://Tpc.co.il)
its automatically goin to page activity.php (http://tpc.co.il/activity.php)

how i can chage it to go forum.php

You can do that at the Navigation Manager.

i know but i want that be automatic when i go to my forum and when i click on my logo

In the adminCP, go to Settings > Navigation Manager. On the right side of the "Forum" tab row, select "Set Default" from the dropdown.
