Account Issue

Not sure what has happened, But a few weeks ago I logged in and everything was fine, The otherday I tried and was unable too, So I then tried to reset password, but it then said that my e-mail address was not recognized. So I then tried to use the contact us form and I filled out the info and hit send, it then goes to a blank page and since last week I had no response from an admin on the problem. In order to get back on here I had to sign up with a new name, but yet I used my original email address. So not sure if my account was hacked and email and password was changed, but if you could check into it my username at that time was
ftawizard.

Probably one of two things-

1) The email you have entered here- https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/profi...o=editpassword - does not exactly match what is in your priority forum support list in the Member's Area

or

2) You did not get/follow the activation instructions last time you changed your forum email address- you can request a new copy of the activation email here- https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/regis...o=requestemail

The e-mail you have now is nothing like the e-mail on ftawizard, perhaps you used a different e-mail before than what you thought.

That account btw hasnt been logged into since October 2013.
