Does anyone else have this problem or know whats going on or any clue for a fix.

One of my user/members ( sasquach ) on my vBulletin 5 forum (www.RideorRot.com) has reported having issues with trying to log on to the forum and posting. I know he is using Internet Explorer as his web browser.

1. The site will not let him log on from the main page, he has to find a way to one of the sub-pages... and log on from there.

2. Once he logs on, he is not able to post, and has reported not being able to post pictures in the past as well. He has about 13 post in the last 3 months, so he has been able to post some... but its been an ongoing problem.

The page is not gaining activity anywhere near where I expected it to at this point... I am starting to wonder if most people are having this problem with the page.

I am at a complete loss on what the problem is, or what to do about it.

Has he tried with a different browser?
A different computer?
A mobile device?

Since you allow users to login to your site via both http://www.yoursite.com and just yoursite.com, then you MUST have your cookie domain (AdminCP > Settings > Options > Cookies and HTTP Header Options > Cookie Domain) set to ".yoursite.com" (no quotes, but note the period at the beginning) or your users will have problems.
