Still can only be used on one domain however... And if you want updates to it you gotta renew.

Oh I understand that. I was just curious because my brother no longer uses vbulletin as a matter a fact he no longer even has a web site lol. He was telling me Last night how he still had his old vbulletin 3 license account but no longer has his website and no use for the license. So I was just curious as to if an expired inactive license could still be used by just changing to another domain?
